Sur-Ron Finance Eligibility Criteria
EMPLOYMENT
Each applicant for finance must be currently employed or self-employed. A payslip must be supplied if you are employed and/or a recent bank statement proving you have a valid source of income. It is important that only original documents are provided, final authorisation of finance may not be approved without this.
VALID PHOTOGRAPHIC ID
Finance applicants must provide valid photographic ID. Finance will only be considered if a valid driving licence and/or valid passport are provided. It is essential that original documents are seen and photocopies taken from these originals.
PROOF OF ADDRESS
A valid proof of address must be provided, clearly showing the finance applicants name and home address. These must be recent, meaning withing the past 3 months and original documnets – no photocopies are permitted. The following are acceptable proofs of an applicants address:
- Bank Statement
- Credit Card Statement (not from a store card)
- Bank Letter which makes reference to the customers bank account and includes sort code and account number
- Utility Bill
- Landline Telephone Bill
- Council Tax Bill
- Notifications from Inland Revenue
- Signed Tenancy Agreement
AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER
Proof of age can be taken from a valid driving licence and/or birth certificate. It is essential that original documents are seen and photocopies taken from these originals.
APPLYING FOR FINANCE
Sur-Ron Finance is available to customers in most main UK Sur-Ron Dealers when purchasing one of a selection of Sur-Ron Electric Bikes. There are generally two different types of finance on offer.
